Lakefront properties on Pelican Reef’s two lakes provide more tropical living in St. Augustine’s only gated intracoastal community.
Pelican Reef is home to over fifty families and will contain no more than 125 single-family custom homes when completed.

The community resides in the St. John’s County School District. The district enjoys an overall “A” rating and in 2007 was ranked fifth of 67 counties on the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test.  Many Florida residents choose St. John’s County for the benefits of receiving a quality public school education.
